My name is Richard Dolan, and I am a business advisor to icons, legends, and gods of industry, commerce and culture. As an established author and thought leader, I search the world for iconic brands, looking to realize and leverage their legacy.

I received my first great break, so to speak in the business when I had the opportunity to be in the one to serve as opening act for President William Jefferson Clinton, when he just left office, and began to ring the world as a speaker. This provided me a unique opportunity to be within circles of people and leverage the power of proximity.

I believe most people are inspired by parents, grandparents or siblings. When the reality is we often emulate those who live and lead at higher altitudes.

For this reason, I was largely inspired and influenced by the works and life of Tony Robbins.

Naturally, I had many fears in starting my first business venture, which was an investment advisory business. Until you realize that the fears you possess are simply indicators for a lack of preparation, or absence of confidence. My remedy for counteracting, the absence of confidence or lack there of, what’s the surround myself with smarter people.

Getting out of my mind and own way.

They both are.

Making a difference and being an instrument for impact is no easy feat.

But in reality, it is tougher to write what you wish to say rather than coaching what you are thinking.

Nothing about myself.

But wish I started having kids Sooner. For becoming a parent was the greatest catalyst in my life and focus.

My son.

Followed by an incredible network of friends, associates, clients and champions.

Being awarded my first NBA championship ring by Juwan Howard in 2012 at the Miami Heat for being his friend, advisor and coach. (I would go on to earning my second the following year, and third ring in 2020 with the LA Lakers).

Alive.
Grateful.
Grounded.
Then causing and creating powerful futures for those seeking to live their best lives possible.

Life is a game.

And if you accept this metaphorically and engage life like it’s a game, you must then decide do you wanna play to win or simply play to survive?

If you wish to play to win, then you have to commit to playing the best game avarice within you. This means developing yourself in that game as a pro and not just for fun.

If you want to play the game of more money, more love, more entrepreneurial success, more familial success, or simply more life; play that game like it’s a sport and engage it only to ultimately win the championship.

Life IS a game and the way you play it shapes the life you live and the experience you have within it.

We only get one shot to play this game, so play it like your life depends on it, because in the end, you will see it actually does.
